Acceptance of Terms

ReplyAI provides an AI-powered customer support platform. By creating an account or using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you are using ReplyAI on behalf of a business, that business also agrees. You confirm you have the authority to bind that business.

Your Account

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials safe. Do not share your password with anyone. If you suspect unauthorized access, contact us immediately at support@replyai.com. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. Accounts registered with false information may be suspended.

Acceptable Use

You may use ReplyAI to build, deploy, and manage AI-powered customer support bots for your business or for clients. You may not use ReplyAI to send spam, engage in deceptive practices, or violate any laws. You may not resell platform access without a written reseller agreement. You may not attempt to reverse-engineer our technology.

Billing and Refunds

All paid plans are billed monthly or annually in advance. We do not offer refunds for partial months. If you cancel, your access continues until the end of your current billing period. Annual plans are non-refundable after 14 days from purchase. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice.Your Rights

Your Content and Data

You own your data. Content you upload belongs to you. We use it only to power your bots. We do not use your data to train shared models or share it with third parties. You can export or delete all your data at any time from your dashboard.

Uptime and Termination

We target 99.9% uptime. Scheduled maintenance is announced 48 hours in advance. We are not liable for downtime caused by third-party services. You can cancel at any time. Upon termination, your data is held for 30 days before permanent deletion. Questions about these terms? Email legal@replyai.com.
